The Course:

The course will be designed around your need and geared towards aspects of developing a budget for your business/organization.

It will look at those factors that support the finance of a business and highlight when to avoid cashflow problems.

It will look at ways of reducing cost and developing the financial ratios and their applications.

This is meant for non accountant managers managing their company’s finance or those newly promoted to the position, seeking to build up their confidence in the job.

A Four weeks one Day three hours programme

The topics covered are:

  • Financial Planning and control
  • Financial Forecasting/Budget
  • Product Costing & Full Cost Recovery
  • Development of Key Financial Success Indicators

Achievement:

You will be able to learn how to put together a budget, management account and financial projection as well as how to present them to your Board successfully.

Course Leader: Mr. Vincent Ugboh -Msc in Corporate Finance; Former Banker

The course leader is qualified in financial Accounting and Business Adviser with many years of experience.

He will bring his expertise to bear for the benefit of participants on the course.

Tuesdays 0930-1230-12.30Hours

  • Additional dates will be notified as necessary

The course will be delivered over four weeks and once a week for three hours and the venue will be communicated to participants nearer the date.
